Insurance mistakes -- pretty much every single bill we received from Ellie's birth (with a NICU babe we had ALOT of bills) had some mistake. Some had big errors ($300 or so) some little. Some took just a phone call to fix, some 3 or four, and one took a written appeal. In the end, I saved $1020.05 - well worth the diligence I think.
Moral of the story: watch your money because no one else will do it for you.

I'm still working on an insurance mistake from Jenna's Hip. It's been over 6 months and 10 phone calls... Frustrating! I'm glad you were able to succeed.
